（中央社記者劉麗榮台北15日電）國民黨總統參選人朱立倫今天表示，IC設計現在不宜有任何陸資投入，晶圓代工要慎重考慮，封裝測試牽涉市場布局和全球競爭力，一定要嚴審，不光是紫光，「我之前就講我反對」。
媒體報導，中國大陸紫光集團擬參股矽品等3台廠，紫光集團在短短40天迅速買進台灣封測第二、三、四大廠各25%股權，紫光負責串連IC設計到封測供應鏈，在參股台灣的封測廠後，下一步是瞄準IC設計廠。
朱立倫上午發表教育政策後受訪表示，民進黨總統參選人蔡英文什麼政策都說不清楚，包括IC設計，她的立場是什麼？朱立倫說，「我的立場很清楚，不只紫光事件，我之前就講我反對」。
朱立倫表示，IC設計、晶圓代工、封裝測試這三大塊都非常重要，要非常謹慎，尤其IC設計，他認為現在不宜有任何陸資投入；晶圓代工要慎重考慮，而封裝測試直接牽涉市場布局和全球競爭力，一定要嚴格審查。1041215
